Raspberry Sauce

This raspberry sauce is wonderful over everything – cheesecake, pound cake, ice cream.

Servings: 8

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients: • 2 cups raspberries – fresh is best, but you can use frozen

• 1/3 cup sugar

• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

• 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

1.Combine the raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a small pan.

2.Stir the cornstarch into a cup of water and add to the raspberries.
